Thanks man for looking out, Im emailing Sebastian at Blipshift right now and seeing what he can do about it.

Ive seen your other post and I guess we will have to go through Blipshift as when we submit to them they gain the rights to use the image on apparel for a year.

Im not interested in suing Blipshift but surely they’re hurting as well when this scumbag takes sales away from them! So its in their best interest to stop it as well.

Ive seen that hes using the shopify platform to sell, who have a copyright infringement policy. We could contact them and have them take it offline:

What I’m mad about is how much profit they’ve taken in from stealing. Seeing as mine was posted since August, it’s been blowing up on social media and it’s probably made more money than what I’ve got from that Blipshift run.

Yep - but what can you do? Unless we go to court and demand reimbursement theres really nothing we can do.

In any case I got a response from Sebastian at Blipshift. (Ill copy it over to your other thread so others can see as well):

‘Thanks for the tips, the good news is we are a top customer on Shopify so I am hopeful that our attorney working with them can get that site taken down, but it’s like whack-a-mole in that every time we get one site removed another pops up.’
